Send To Save IT JIRA Component not showing attachments if added before adding them (refresh needed)

This covers the Send to Save It component very well, this feedback is meant as a observation that we've had internally with some of the users.

Current Behavior in question:

  • User adds the "Send to Save It" component prior to adding attachments

  • The User will not see the Attachments on the "Send to Save It" Component until they refresh the view screen.

Expectation for a user would be to add the component post attaching the files on the item, yet we expect certain users to add the component before which will lead to this experience.

    Also, all Forge Apps such as Send To Save It need to be added to each of the work items that a user needs it in. Atlassian is working on this issue so that users don't have to add it to every item in the future.
