Put Simply: Auto-create a parent work item when unparented items exist in the workspace and link those to the 'placeholder' parent.
Why it Matters: Some workspaces are activated with deliverables that aren’t linked to a parent, making organization and tracking harder.
Additional Context: This logic should trigger only when a workspace is being activated and unparented deliverables are present. A generic “Parent Deliverable” work item can be used if needed.
Acceptance Criteria:
System checks for unparented items at activation.
A parent work item is created and linked to all orphaned items for placement in Jira Cloud (PDM BB and PDM Offerings).
Parent is clearly labeled and editable by the user.
Messaging is sent to the logs and a support team member is made aware of the issue for resolution of the content.
