Missing work items when an offering detail is added to a scope

Create a scope
Select Offering group: Risk and Regulatory
Select Offering sub group: Internal Audit & Controls Over Financial Reporting
Select Offering: Internal Audit & Controls - Cross-Sector-> Controls Monitoring and Testing (e.g., SOX, MAR)

Actual Behavior: Check the scope, Some of the work items are missing: eg:Deliverable ->Task -> Subtask:

  1. Testing of Operating Effectiveness-> Conduct SOX Business Process Operating Effectiveness Testing -> Document Testing Results

  2. Testing of Operating Effectiveness-> Conduct SOX Business Process Operating Effectiveness Testing -> Assist in Preparing Observations and Deficiency Analysis

  3. Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) Testing-> Assess the Design of ITGC and IT Dependency

Expected Behavior: All the work items associated with the offering detail should appear in scope

    I not only verified that the work items that I mentioned above are now showing up in the delivery plan view, but I checked all the non PM/QM work items for this offering detail: Internal Audit & Controls - Cross-Sector-> Controls Monitoring and Testing (e.g., SOX, MAR).

    All work items are now showing up.
