Put Simply:
Rename “Internal Workspace” to eliminate confusion with client engagement workspaces that lack external access.
Why it Matters:
Many users mistakenly select “Internal Workspace” for real client work that doesn't include client users, causing SaveIt provisioning failures and compliance issues.
Additional Context:
Currently, “Internal” suggests no client involvement, but is often misapplied to genuine client engagements with no external access. This misclassification leads to lack of documentation in SaveIt and challenges during engagement closeout.
Acceptance Criteria:
Rename the “Internal Workspace” type to a more descriptive, non-misleading label (e.g., “PWC-Only Access Workspace”)
Update documentation and guides to reflect new terminology
Prevent users from selecting the incorrect type for client work
Add in-product guidance or tooltips during workspace setup
