Clearly delineate between Scoping Wizard and Intelligent Scoping

It would be useful to more clearly delineate between the 2 scoping options: via Scoping Wizard or via Intelligent Scoping. Reason being - it looks like Intelligent Scoping is actually part of the Scoping Wizard - and it's not intuitive to click on the 'continue' button on bottom right to continue with the Scoping Wizard, rather we wanted to click the button above (which is Intelligent Scoping).

Don't think much work is needed other than to reconfigure the page to make sure the user understands both options and how to proceed with the one they want.
