Overview:
To significantly improve the efficiency and usefulness of Ask Concourse, the assistant should dynamically adapt its recommendations, available actions, and conversational responses based on the user’s current context within the platform. By leveraging page-level awareness, Ask Concourse can proactively suggest relevant questions, surface context-specific help, and enable actions that are immediately applicable to what the user is working on.

Key Features & Behaviors

1. Page-Aware Recommendations

   • Automatically detect the user’s current location (e.g., dashboard, feature board, specific idea, epic detail, report view).

   • Surface a curated set of recommended questions, prompts, and quick actions tailored to the user’s immediate context.

   • Examples:

     • On a feature detail page: “What are the outstanding requirements for this feature?” or “Show related initiatives.”

     • On a release timeline: “Summarize risks in this release” or “List all features at risk.”

2. Dynamic Prompt Adaptation

   • Modify suggested prompts and available actions in real time as the user navigates to different pages or records.

   • Reduce friction for new users by providing contextual onboarding or tooltips specific to the view they are in.

   • Ensure prompts use record-specific details (e.g., feature name, status) to make interactions more natural and actionable.

3. Contextual Automation Triggers

   • Allow users to trigger automated actions (e.g., generate reports, update statuses, link records) that are contextually relevant.

   • Example: On an idea page, offer to promote the idea to a feature or link it to an existing epic.
