Put Simply: Users select from pre-configured team structures to allocate estimated effort across roles, teams, and time.
Acceptance Criteria:
Users select a team structure (via dropdown) after driver input is complete
Available team structures are pre-configured by admins and tailored to each estimation model.
If multiple estimation models are present, users select a team structure for each model individually.
Users may not directly edit team structures; they must select from available options.
Upon team structure selection, the staffing plan table updates accordingly
Each selected team structure defines the following in a staffing plan table:
Roles (e.g., QA, UX, etc.)
PwC Level (e.g., Senior Associate, Manager, Director)
Teams
Staff Type (Domestic vs. AC)
Total hours per resource
Weekly or monthly allocation breakdown
Users can toggle computation (e.g., weekly vs. monthly) and contribution mode (e.g., hours vs. utilization %).
Visualizations (e.g., effort over time, role mix) help users understand the distribution and impact of their selections.
