Checklists inside a Concourse work item are currently used for tracking the steps needed to be done, to complete that work item. The owner of the work item is responsible for the progress, and also tracks the checklist.
However, we realize that different teams use the checklist feature in different ways.
We will add this request to our future backlog. Thanks for the input!
