Enhancement - Change name of Workspace if incorrectly created or project changes Merged

There appears to not be a way to edit a workspace name once created. It would be great to have a rename feature

    Concourse is integrated with Workbench, and we're limited by workbench api's that currently do not allow for workspace name updates after creation.

    However, we will add this to our backlog and work with the workbench team to make this happen in the future. We realize this can be really frustrating, and want to provide our users a quick way to update the workspace title
