Mandatory Asset Submission as Engagement Exit Criteria

Make it a required project exit criterion to submit key assets (e.g., kickoff decks, design templates) to the central repository before project closure or roll-off. This policy would be enforced as part of the engagement closeout checklist, ensuring consistent asset capture across all projects.

Put Simply: Require teams to submit assets before officially closing out a project.

Why it Matters: Guarantees critical assets are captured and available for reuse, prevents knowledge loss, and sets a clear, enforceable standard across teams.

Supporting Feedback: “...one of the exit criteria for the team's roll off is you have to share all the assets you have built into a centralized location. Unless the partner or the director signed off on that, you're not axing out. So that kind of like a mandatory requirement made them pretty successful in terms like harvesting the assets...”
