Forge App Enhancements for SaveIt and Assets

Put Simply: Improve Forge apps to support bulk movement of attachments/data and better identification of assets in Jira.

Why it Matters: Increases usability and discoverability of key delivery assets.

Additional Context: Asset identification could be implemented via tags, labels, or Jira search filters. Bulk movement should reduce manual workload.

Acceptance Criteria: Bulk actions available; assets easily identifiable in Jira.
