Add a warning when removing Offering Groups and Sub-Groups from scope

The further your scope is refined, the further additional selections have been made and offerings, and their associated work items, are added to the scope. If a user were to navigate back to an Offering Group or Offering Sub-Group and removed a previous selection, a modal should display to warn them as any sequential selections should be removed as well.
