We’re making our integrations stronger and safer by improving how we handle users, assets, and events. This means fewer errors, better reliability, and clearer control when provisioning, managing users, or decommissioning integrations and their dependent systems.

Problem Statement

Provisioning, decommissioning, and user/asset management across integrations (e.g., Teams, Save It, SharePoint, Jira) are inconsistent and fragile. Syncing issues and event handling gaps cause out-of-order updates in the Universal Context, leading to broken visibility and reliability. Without lifecycle rules for projects and assets, we risk data loss, compliance issues, and reduced team confidence.

• Consolidate UC provisioning events into a single, unified event to streamline processes and minimize gaps.

• Enable users to manage team members on Concourse even when integrations are still processing to maintain seamless collaboration.

• Validate no changes from admin portal integration config section are needed

• Include UI elements to provide more accurate updates to each integration within the teams section

• Global implementation

• If something fails, a SNOW ticket is automatically created (Only for real projects)
