Add a SalesForce ID lookup for those who don't have access to SalesForce

Often Senior Associates are the ones creating the Concourse Workspace. Since SalesForce access is restricted, it would be nice to be able to lookup the salesforce ID from the Concourse application without having to reachout to someone with SalesForce access.
