There is work ongoing by the US Concourse team to move to JSM - this request is to align on plan and offer a link to this in the Concourse set of help links

    This has been released in the FY26.04 Release. When in an engagement that has been activated with Jira Cloud, you can now see the Jira Support link in the Help section.

    Hey Kris, the team has the addition of the JSM help link planned for the upcoming FY26.04 release. cc: @Daniel Mudd and @Snow Phyu on any additional guidance to provide to the Users.
