    I see this was posted a while ago, but in order to not duplicate requests, I wanted to give my thoughts. As most teams use a tracker in Google, this could be extraordinarily helpful for also assigning individual tasks. It also would help in the involvement of higher-ups on the team, as they could review before the import. The set-up in Concourse is the most time-consuming piece, so if we could streamline this, I think many more teams would utilize the tool.

    We currently have an option when the workspace has Jira integration, where users can bulk upload using a csv file from Jira and the work items get synced / created in Concourse.

    This is the current workaround.

    We will consider a bulk upload functionality in the future for Concourse.
