Cross Platform Project Management Using PDM

Hi Team,

Based on recent pilot project for UK and BE, we have identified two issues for cross technology projects: e.g. Salesforce and SAP.

Issue 1: different methodologies - ACTIVATE and AIRE - how to combine delivery approach.

Issue 2: mixing content - e.g. you can have L5-L6 for Salesforce and for SAP under them same L4. In Jira we do not have possibilities to see which content is related to which area [moreover, those L4s should be separate items for each Technology (potentially - if we are focusing on tech implementation, not on business capabilities transformation)].

It will be great to have clear process and instructions for x-technology projects.
