Surfaced as a leadership priority during Singapore PI Planning
The idea is to make the complete PDM Admin Portal hierarchy available alongside Ask Concourse through MCP—not necessarily put it directly inside the existing Ask Concourse MCP.
Users could:
Explore offerings, delivery maps, building blocks, work items, and associated assets without creating a workspace or Jira project.
Provide an RFP and begin constructing a delivery plan.
See mandatory versus editable work, remove irrelevant activities, and find supporting assets.
Combine PDM structure with Ask Concourse’s delivery standards and methodology content.
The data already exists in Databricks and Neo4j. The next step is testing which source provides the best MCP experience. Longer term, a gateway or orchestrator would route between Ask Concourse and PDM automatically so users do not need to choose the correct MCP.
Open questions include authentication, territory/asset permissions, overlapping content, and handling large plans without exceeding model context limits.
