Add Link to Concourse Yammer page to the Concourse Ribbon

Similar to how there's a Yammer icon and link that says join us on the Concourse Adoption dashboard (second screenshot). Let's add a yammer icon/link to the ribbon at the top right on Concourse next to the feedback button so users know where else they can go to learn about what's going on in Concourse and to ask questions.

    Thanks again for the great idea Jen! At this time, we aren't able to add the Yammer to the main ribbon because of the ongoing efforts to add key Concourse components like Teams, Search, etc. there but in the meantime, we did update the Help & Training Center in Concourse to include a specific section for Yammer! We appreciate the suggestion and your continued thoughts on how to increase the presence of users in the Yammer communicate since it's a great resource for asking questions, sharing ideas, etc.
