Signing in and out on SharePoint between PwC and Client Account domains can cause an issue with collaboration

Considering the Concourse deliverable files will auto be populated in PwC SharePoint site with folders, this is only accessible via your PwC email. You can of course continue to use Google and simply attach the link to the deliverable but in the chance a project is using the Microsoft capability, they may be signed in as their client contractor email address (specifically, Microsoft 365) and constantly be signing in and out between the two when accessing files in concourse and connecting with clients/teams meetings/etc.

This particular issue looks like it is down to the user not being in the SharePoint/Teams group as a guest user. To fix this, it would be best to do the following set of steps:

    1. Add the client user as a cilent inside of Concourse:

      1. Navigate to Concourse workspace

      2. Navigate to Settings tab

      3. Open up the Client Members tab

      4. Add this user (simply fill out the form)

    2. The client will then receive an automated email from pwc systems to activate their guest account in our MSFT tenant. Once this is done, you can then add them to the Team site associated with your Concourse workspace and they'll be granted access to communicate with you via Teams and collaborate with you in files

Note that we're releasing a change to Concourse in about a month that'll do all of the above for you, however I realize that might be too long to wait. Please note that it would be best for the client to access Teams and SharePoint via new browser tabs or windows as they'll be required to switch to our tenant to view any files - this cannot currently be avoided unfortunately.
