Automation of Workspace Creation Merged

Cloud Migration Factory is a new PwC capability we developed. As part of it we have the Cloud Migration DM. We are expecting to use this DM for multiple clients. As part of the engagement we will be initializing multiple systems including the creation of Concourse Workspace.

It will be very convenient and time saver, if we could automatically create the Concourse workspace automatically based on the variables we could provide like the client name etc.
