Ability to retain performance speed no matter the volume of users added to a workspace

Several engagements have experienced slow performance speeds with Concourse as a result of a high volume of users added to the workspace. Given Jira access is managed through Concourse, with SAP engagements that frequently have a combined PwC/client team of 150-300 people that need to collaborate on Jira, this will cause frequent pain points for our practice. Tickets have been raised in the past without much traction thus far.

Thank you for the feedback. We recognize that provisioning performance for larger Jira Cloud workspaces has been a recurring challenge, particularly for engagements onboarding 150–300+ users.

We are actively addressing this area in the current PI through a feature focused on improving Jira Cloud provisioning scalability and efficiency. This work is designed to reduce redundant processing, minimize dependency-related delays, improve handling of high-volume onboarding events, and strengthen the overall reliability of provisioning operations while maintaining existing functionality.

While this work is not introducing changes to the onboarding workflow itself, it is intended to improve performance and operational resilience as workspace sizes continue to grow. We appreciate you highlighting this use case, as it aligns directly with the scenarios this initiative is targeting.
