Design Suite: Update Controls On/Off Toggle to allow multiple fields

Currently process diagrams have a filter to turn controls On/Off; however there can be different types of controls - Sox Key, Sox Non-Key, Financial, etc. Certain projects and users may care only about a specific set. Would be a nice enhancement to turn on and off the specific ones.

    Also consider color coding Key SOX controls in a certain way as these are the heavily relied upon controls which impact financial statements
