Concourse & Jira RAID items are not integrated

As noted in the summary, I'm looking for the Jira RAID items from our project to show up in concourse. I believe that this integration is live and would appreciate if this could be applied to our project if there are no changes to existing RAID items

    Hi Luke, a quick update to you on this feedback: The RAID / Jira sync is available for new workspaces already so please let me know if you are not seeing this live on Concourse as we speak. If this workspace was created before that, the feature won't be available for that workspace. We're currently working through a Proof of concepts to see if we can enable this on a case by case basis for existing engagements, but we may be a ways off from being able to do that just yet.     Thank you so much for submitting this feedback. We truly appreciate it!

    This feature exists for workspaces that were created after July 1st, 2022, but is not something that is grandfathered to workspaces that were launched prior to 7/1.

    We are in the process of further exploring how we can roll out this feature across the board but to be perfectly honest, one of our Product Manager, Raul, would be more equipped to provide additional detail.
