Default Owner or provide my name as 1st | Concourse & Jira DC Portal

Default Owner or provide my name as 1st selection for a work item

80%+ of the time I am assigning the work item to myself because I create it for me. It would be nice either (1) as a personal preference setting or (2) my name listed as the top default so all I have to do is press 'enter' to add my name. I should not have to type any characters to get my name to come up!
