When updating the status to a work item nested in a withdrawn parent item (e.g., Deliverable) to anything other than Complete the parent status is not then updated to in progress, it keeps it as Withdrawn. If marking the child as complete, it prompts the user to mark parent as complete, but not the case for any other status.
Current Behavior of work items Parent to Child Status Relationships
Parent Deliverable = Withdrawn
Child Task = Will only prompt user with "Completed" to update Parent to "Completed"
Parent Deliverable = Not Started
Child Task = Will prompt user with all statuses when changing from "Not Started" to other Statuses, to update Parent to "In Progress".

Request being made is for the following:
Parent Deliverable = Withdrawn or Not Started
Child Task = Will prompt user with all statuses when changing from "Not Started" to other Statuses. If Completed, it will prompt Completed.
If other status, will prompt In Progress.
