S&A is intended to be a module for the discovery phase and gather the current state of a client. We have Surveys and Assessments covered where we send out a link and want users to provide their feedback. But we are missing a 3rd lens here of interviews directly with the client, where we capture voice of the client / customer. Add a new 3rd tab to the module and provide a repository of questions to build a questionnaire or a template repository for the practice / IS. Ability to select / remove questions and responses for a deliverable / report. Analyze and report out results
