Link Teams "Tasks by Planner" to Concourse Deliverables' "Add New Items"

As we move towards using MS Teams, the "Tasks by Planner" feature in Teams will become a useful tool for teams to track progress of activities and assign tasks. Is there a way to link Tasks by Planner to Concourse?
