SaveIt - Manage Workspace

Once approval of the 4 tasks in SaveIt have been obtained, it is not intuitive that they need to navigate to "Home", select the "Manage Workspace", select close and follow the steps to close the SaveIt. They are also not aware that an open SaveIt keeps the Concourse space as In progress, despite being 100% complete.


Suggest: Adding that button "Manage Workspace" for view when you are on the tasks tab or add a 5th task with this step or send an email/notification when all 4 tasks are completed asking them to do the final SaveIt closure step.


Suggest: Adding language on Concourse that says "your workspace is still in progress until you close out your SaveIt" with guidance on how to do so.
