Ability to Delete RAID Log Entries and Controls In-place to Close out Open Items

I've been told that we have engagement leaders that do not feel comfortable having their teams use the RAID log right now since they can only close not delete entries. They feel this is a huge risk because we could have an individual that submits an entry documenting risks or issues we are seeing on our client engagement and they may not phrase it accurately and we don't want that to be potentially discoverable later on if there is an investigation.

Additionally, there should be checks and balance in-place to make sure open items are closed out when a project is completed so we don't risk items being left open.

    Hi Jennifer! Thanks for your feedback - we currently offer the ability to delete a RAID item via the detail panel. In the top right corner, users can delete items and any corresponding JIRA items.

    Happy to explore a way to close items out when a project is completed, I will add this to our research backlog! Feel free to reach out with any questions or further feedback!!
