Explain when Save It sync happen in the "Attach File" popup

Seems like a number of people, including myself, were not aware the the sync with Save It only occurs when the task is marked as "completed" - and appears to be triggered on a change to this event. If this information were available in the popup where users can select to sync the file with Save It, then they may not think this is an error.
