Unable to add team members

Team members were added a few days ago after the workspace was created. Error screen shows that it is still processing. Service Desk ticket has been opened.

    Hi Vidhi! Thank you for reaching out! This portal is used for new feature ideas or enhancements to Concourse. The best way to get immediate attention for technical issues is to submit a ticket, which you've already done, so perfect!

    I've made our team aware of this issue as well. If this isn't resolved please reach out and let us know so we can escalate this.
