Lack of requirement of internal review step before closing client deliverables and lack of review traceability makes tool not supportive for ECR reviews. Team needs to do duplicative work to track internal reviews for ECR purposes. Only allow for closing of client deliverable tasks if an internal and external review state has already been achieved or add a separate "evidence of internal review" and "evidence of external review" field that must be completed before closing a task
