Linkage between Concourse and Microsoft Planner/Lists & Microsoft SharePoints Merged

It will be nice if Concourse tasks/deliverables can automatically link to Teams Planner or Lists/SharePoints, so it's easy for engagement teams to see the list of tasks in Teams, and can assign tasks to users on both places
