Save Edits to the Project Status Reports Long Term

Our team would like to be able to go into the Project Status report, note down Key Accomplishments, Key Planned Activities and Challenges / Dependencies throughout the week and export the report to PowerPoint weekly on Fridays. Right now if I edit any of the sections mentioned above, if I leave the report and come back to it, all of my added text is gone. It would help our team gather these notes throughout the week collaboratively and all review Friday before downloading the final version for the week.
