Control Tracker Upload Functionality

Is there a way or functionality to add to Concourse in order to upload a tracker that will populate tasks into Concourse? Currently for a lot of SOX clients, they are using manual trackers that include controls, phasing, and other information that is very manual to add into Concourse. Would be easier and would help drive Concourse Adoption if there was an upload functionality in order to get that information into concourse and customize it without having to manually update and add tasks.
