This has been an incredibly frustrating week to use our new concourse and sharepoint tools - I have probably lost 3-4 hours of productivity this week as i lost sharepoint access to three different clients and have spent so much time on support calls and communications to try and get back access to files i created and need to run my clients. It has been very frustrating and has diminished my trust in leveraging our new tools - not knowing whether i will be able to access files i am solely managing in Concourse. In addition - the instructions and awareness of pwc support have really been lacking when I have had to go back and get help. We cannot work this way in the future -you can't make wholesale access changes that impact people's ability to delivery on their clients.
Hi everyone, thank you so much for using this feedback portal. We understand the SharePoint permission feature has caused disruption in many workspaces this past week. We are extremely sorry for any added work or stress this increase in security may have caused. We want to stress that this in no way is a normal occurrence, and the security measures had to be implemented for all users to meet firm compliance requirements. We have added a couple of scenarios on Concourse Guide that teams have seen with the new permissions implementation, as well as ways to address the issues at hand. There are some demo videos to help grant access back to files for internal users. Our team is also making sure that any high impact features get communicated more clearly, and with ample time for teams to prepare. We again apologize for the extra work you have had to do and are constantly trying to improve the platform.

David - A member of my team sent me a link to your issues and I have to agree with you. The changes that occurred this week impacted us significantly as we try to close out a contract with a 12/31/2022 end date. The moving of files was not just an issue from an individual accessibility perspective, but as we are using integrated digital firm tools (e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI), the file movement also broke many other aspects of our digital delivery in the process.
We have had other issues with the platform as well which are separate from this topic so I will not get into them here, but I concur with you the overall confidence level in our new tools is also quite low at this point.
