Ability for Files to Open in New Tab vs Opening within Concourse

The current functionality of the "Open" button on files attached to or created within Concourse does not align with how most people prefer to work on documents. Instead of the file opening within concourse it would be more helpful/efficient if the file opened in a new tab.


Please note this suggestion is not applicable for "Links" added to deliverables and tasks as those already open in a new tab.

    hello. The status of this was changed to “Released”, but the functionality has not changed. Can you please provide an explanation
