Attaching files to Concourse task defaults to Teams Shared Files (client visible)

When I attach files to a Concourse task, it populates in the Shared Files folder in Teams and is visible to the client. Is there a way to have files attached to Concourse tasks default to the Concourse folder in Teams instead?

    After manually moving the file in Teams to the Concourse folder, the attachment in Concourse still shows as "Client Visible"
