Design Suite: Add flag / toggle to identify Golden Content vs Tailored Client Content

Some practice teams may not yet have, or also want to retain tailored client content as reference material to use on future engagements. Investigate possibility to allow client tailored content in LEAP as well and add a flag / toggle to indicate the difference.

    Design Suite has been decommissioned. Closing this feature request. Thank you for your feedback and we will consider this if a similar capability is created in the future.
