Take away option to select "Internal Workspace" twice

Many client engagement teams are unintentionally created internal workspaces when they intend to create client workspaces. When you first go to create a workspace, you have the options of 'Consulting' and 'Internal', but when you click 'Consulting' you have the option again to select 'Internal'. This second option does not make sense because users have already selected they want a client workspace.
