We added the client to our concourse through the latest update to concourse. The team followed all instructions as mentioned on the Concourse Guide. Through this, the client should have received an email that she has been added, with a link for her to register in Concourse. After multiple attempts, she never received an email. After calling PwC Help, we were able to find out that we had to go to a GUM link (never mentioned in the Concourse guide) https://login.pwc.com/identity/ to add the client phone number. Then we were told that by adding the phone number, the client should receive an email now. We are not sure if the email was received by the client yet because there is no internal way to see if the client received it, only the client can tell us that. This delayed us significantly.
