Ability to save reports to Deliverables and Save It

When a report is finalized, ability to save that report (as a point in time) from the reporting tab to a related deliverable as well as select the option to upload into Save It. Automating this process would allow time savings from manually needing to download the report and reupload to the associated deliverable.
