I would like to see a lighter format of a delivery map with no digital assets or required descriptions. They would be called workplans and can be accompanying components to delivery maps. This would be particularly helpful for Deals Transformation because we have playbooks/ field guides and workplans. Playbooks/ field guides have been published as delivery maps and they provide a high level view of how to run an engagement. However, we have detailed workplans (hundreds of rows long) that we use to manage an integration/separation. Workplans have tasks that are primarily executed by the client with support from PwC. Workplans are what we use on a day-to-day basis
