JIRA Reporting included in Concourse Reports

The integration of Concourse to JIRA should allow the ability to pull JIRA items into a report within Concourse. That report should allow for all RAID items, Testing Status from JIRA (E2E, UAT, Smoke). Any type of work that is currently being leveraged in JIRA to support the engagement should integrate with the Reporting Functionality in Concourse so that we can include that data in a Status Report out to the client. We have the ability to build those reports into dashboards in JIRA and that integration should be available in Concourse.
