Concourse & Jira DC Portal

I'm setting up a project plan and bringing in various tasks / deliverables from other work plans. One particular deliverable was a client deliverable I imported just for reference, I don't anticipate executing the tasks but I wanted it in my workplan to reference the steps / documents linked to that deliverable. I would like to keep this in my evolve phase but don't want the client to see it when I give them access, can we get a feature to allow / disallow client visibility to certain work items?
