Emailing deliverables directly from Concourse

We are starting to draft our client deliverables in Concourse but still have to download, convert them to a PDF for emailing to a client. It would be great to have a way to do this directly from Concourse (non-client portal) where it could PDF the document (save the PDF in Concourse) and open a new email in Outlook for emailing the PDF
