There is a logical dependency sequence between activities in client engagements.
Currently, teams need update dependencies whenever they set up their workpaces, which is very time consuming.
If we pre-populate dependencies between deliverables in the Admin Portal, a substancial amount of time will be saved by engagement teams.
Another advantage is that less experienced team members will learn and understand better how an engagement is set up and how it should flow.
This is more applicable to larger engagements, with a large number of deliverables.
As PwC is reviewing the delivery methodology and its framework, the interdependencies of portions of a the delivery are key information.
