As a Concourse end user, I would like to see heavily used Digital Assets by my fellow PwC colleagues who are using same/similar DM and from the same practice. This will help me understand - 1) what assets are truly relevant for a given type of engagement 2) what my practice teams are using 3) Where my team is missing out on opportunities to use those assets to perform similar type of work.

This could be showcased under the digital assets tab. Envisioning it more like a marketplace experience for heavily used assets.

In addition, at the work item level (Currently, relevant recommendations aren't showing up based on usage by practice teams)
