Default Open In Type for Files

Everytime you open a file from within Concourse, it defaults to open in the web version. From my experience and users I've talked to, many prefer to work in the Desktop version for the full functionality (especially when it comes to complex Excel files, PPT for clients, etc.).

This ideas is to allow the user to define in their settings if they prefer to open in web or desktop and then when opening a file it should be a one click to open the file in their default (with the ability with multiple clicks to see the same options we see today if for some reason I wanted to open a specific file in web vs. my default of desktop).

    I just realized this is an option within Teams so wondering if there is any already built Microsoft functionality to implement this in Concourse. Attached a screenshot of how it's done in Teams.
